The Barmen started in Toowoomba with Jack, Dylan and one well-travelled bar. The team is based in Brisbane now and pours at weddings, corporate functions and private parties across South East Queensland, with mobile bar hire, bartender hire and cocktail masterclasses under one roof. Or one bar, if we are being accurate about it.

Everything arrives with us: the bar, the people behind it, the glassware and the ice. You choose the package and the drinks.

How it works

From enquiry to last drinks

Four steps. A deposit holds the date; everything else can be refined.

  1. Tell us the date, city and crowd

    A rough idea is enough. We ask the useful questions.

  2. Get an itemised quote

    Package, staffing, hours, upgrades and travel in plain figures. Nothing is added later without your say.

  3. Lock the date with a deposit

    Then the menu, the BYO shopping list and the run sheet.

  4. We arrive early and pour

    On site 1 to 1.5 hours before service. Pack-down included, never billed as service time.

Our packages

Seven packages, one standard

Every package comes with experienced, RSA-trained bartenders. The Barmen Plus — the full cocktail set-up — starts at $350 per hour for up to 25 guests, with alcohol BYO. Choose the team, then pick your drinks from the cocktail menu.

Before you book a mobile bar

What does The Barmen actually do?

We are a mobile bar and bartending service. We bring the bar, RSA-trained bartenders and a cocktail menu to weddings, corporate events and private parties, and we run hands-on cocktail masterclasses. You choose the package and the drinks; we handle everything behind the bar.

Where do you travel to?

We work across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and the Darling Downs, and we travel for weddings and corporate functions further afield — Sydney regularly, and across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Travel is quoted up front so there are no surprises.

Are your bartenders qualified and insured?

Yes. Every bartender is experienced, holds a current RSA and serves responsibly. The Barmen is fully insured, so venues, planners and hosts can book with confidence.

Do you supply the bar, glassware and ice?

Yes. Every bar package includes the mobile bar, professional glassware, ice, garnish and all the equipment needed to run it. Tell us the venue and the guest count and we arrive ready to pour.
