How it works
Four steps, the same for a Bondi rooftop or a Hunter Valley vineyard. The travel is planned, priced and approved before anything is paid.
Date, venue, guest count and the occasion, through the contact page or on 0458 119 959. Flights, accommodation and the venue’s bump-in all have to line up, so the earlier the better.
Bar, staffing, hours, upgrades and the travel component, each its own line. You see the whole figure before a deposit, and nothing changes without your approval.
Then the menu, the BYO shopping list for a local bottle shop, and a run sheet built with your venue or planner around load-in, speeches and last round.
On site 1 to 1.5 hours before service, exactly as at home. Service, last round, pack-down. You will not be tidying a bar at midnight in your own city, let alone ours.

Yes. On a bar package we supply the mobile bar, professional glassware, ice, garnish, non-alcoholic ingredients and all equipment. On the staff-only package we work your venue’s bar with your glassware.
Yes. We work behind it, run a cocktail station beside it, or bring our own bar as a second service point, and we liaise with the venue coordinator directly on bump-in and service windows.
Yes. A vineyard weekend is planned as a trip in its own right, with our arrival timed well ahead of the venue’s bump-in. Ask when you enquire and we scope travel and timing clearly.
Yes. You buy the alcohol locally using our purchasing guide, which says what to buy and how much. We bring the bartenders, bar, glassware, ice, non-alcoholic ingredients and equipment.
Every bartender is experienced, RSA and RMLV trained and serves responsibly. If your event is at a licensed venue, tell us early and we confirm the venue’s requirements for external bar staff before the date.
Earlier than you would at home. Flights, accommodation and venue access all need to line up, so enquire as soon as you have a date. A deposit secures it, and Monday to Thursday events save 20%.
