A deposit secures the date. Then the menu, the branding, venue liaison, and RSA and insurance documents on request.
We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours early, time service to the speeches, and pack down after the last round. The balance follows the terms in your quote.
Large guest numbers are a staffing question, not a limit. More bartenders and more service points keep queues short at a 300-person Christmas party.

Drinks run from beer, wine and sparkling to a branded cocktail menu, with non-alcoholic choices on every list. We quote only for serving time.
Yes. Headcount, drink selection and service style set the staffing; large events get more bartenders and more service points so queues stay short. We coordinate with your venue so service lines up with speeches and presentations.
Yes. Most set-ups need no power, only light to work by and water nearby. If the venue has a bar we can staff it, run a cocktail station beside it, or bring our own as a second service point. We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service.
Yes. Signature cocktails named for the product, company or campaign, in your colours where the ingredients allow, with printed menu cards on the bar. Send the brief with your enquiry.
Our bartenders bring the bar, ingredients and glassware to your office or venue and lead the group through a set of cocktails, drinking what they make. Guided gin, whiskey and rum tastings are also available.
Any event held Monday to Thursday receives 20% off, applied to the quote automatically. The 2026 End of Year Deal adds a fifth hour free to any four-hour cocktail package booked for an end-of-year event. The two can be combined.
Send the date, venue and approximate headcount. We confirm availability and send an itemised quote with no hidden costs; a deposit secures the date and the balance follows the terms in your quote. Purchase orders are welcome. Travel, extended service or upgrades are agreed before the event; interstate work across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria is quoted the same way.
