Before, on the day, and afterwards
Most classes here happen in a rental or a venue we have not seen before. This is how we make that easy.

Before
You send the address, date, group size and what the crowd drinks. We confirm availability, suggest a menu and quote everything, travel included. In a rental, check the house rules on guests and noise; we plan around them.

On the day
We arrive early and build the bar on a kitchen bench, balcony table or venue counter. Tools and technique, a demonstration, then everyone makes the first cocktail, drinks it, and moves on to the next.

Afterwards

We arrive with all of it and need very little in return.

Group bookings cluster on the same spring and summer Saturdays. A Thursday-night class to open the weekend costs less and leaves Saturday free.

Do you travel to the Sunshine Coast, and is there a travel fee?
Yes. We are based in Brisbane and host classes across the Sunshine Coast regularly, Caloundra to Noosa. Travel fees may apply and are always set out in your quote before you book, never added afterwards.
Can you run the class in our Airbnb or holiday house?
Yes, and most birthday and holiday-house classes happen exactly there. We need a flat surface, light and a tap nearby, and we leave the house as we found it. Check the rental's house rules on guests, noise and outside suppliers, and we plan around them.
Can you host at our conference hotel or venue?
Yes. We work alongside venue staff and existing bars, and liaise with the venue or conference organiser directly. Name the venue in your enquiry and we confirm what they need from us.
Do you bring the alcohol, or do we buy it?
Either. We supply the spirits and liqueurs in your quote, or you BYO and we send an exact shopping list so the group buys the right bottles in the right quantities. Mixers, garnish, ice, glassware and tools always come with us.
How far ahead should we book a Sunshine Coast weekend?
As soon as your house or venue is confirmed. Spring and summer Saturdays book out early, particularly over spring and summer. We try to accommodate last-minute bookings where availability allows, but earlier is safer.
Do you go up to Maleny, Montville and the hinterland?
Yes. Maleny, Montville, Flaxton and the rest of the range behind the coast are all inside our service area. Travel is quoted up front like any other booking.
What if some of the group are not drinking?
We make non-alcoholic versions of the cocktails so pregnant guests, drivers and anyone taking it easy join in fully. Alcohol is never served to underage guests, and every host is RSA trained.
