How to book
A deposit holds the date. Everything else can be refined as the plan comes together.
Date, suburb, guest numbers and the occasion, through the contact page or on 0458 119 959. A rough idea is enough.
Staffing, hours, package, upgrades and any travel in plain figures, with the minimum booking duration shown. Nothing is added later without your approval.
Then the menu, the BYO shopping list and the run sheet. We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours early on the day.

Yes, on bar packages: the bar, professional glassware, ice, garnish and all equipment. Only need bartenders for an existing bar? Choose the staff-only package and supply your own alcohol, mixers and glassware.
Most set-ups need no power. We need light to work by, and water nearby is helpful but not essential. Tell us the venue’s conditions when you enquire and we plan around them.
Yes. Every bartender is experienced, RSA-trained and serves responsibly: no underage service, intoxication managed with discretion, water and non-alcoholic options flowing all night. The Barmen is fully insured.
Yes, and they are our most popular option. You buy the alcohol at retail using our purchasing guide; we bring the bartenders, bar, glassware, ice, non-alcoholic ingredients and equipment. At a private function the alcohol is your hospitality, which keeps licensing simple. Ticketed or public event? Tell us and we will guide you.
We recommend numbers from your guest count, drink selection and service style; a cocktail-heavy menu needs more hands than beer and wine. We never thin the team to hit a price. An under-staffed bar is a slow bar.
A minimum booking duration applies to every package and is shown in your quote. Bump-in and pack-down are both included and never counted as service time.
We cover the whole city and its surrounds, including Ipswich, the Redlands and Moreton Bay, and we travel to the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Events across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria are welcome; travel is quoted up front and approved by you first.
Yes. We can staff it, run a cocktail station beside it, or bring our own bar as a second service point, and we liaise with the venue manager directly.
