Three steps to a bartender at your event

Wedding and Christmas dates go quickly, so enquire early.

  1. Enquire

    Date, location, guest count, whether you want cocktails, and whether you need a bar or just the bartenders. Through the contact page or on 0458 119 959.

  2. Tailored quote

    The recommended number of bartenders, the minimum booking duration and any travel, itemised up front. Nothing is added later.

  3. Deposit secures the date

    Then the drinks list, your BYO shopping list and the run sheet.

What does bartender hire include?

An experienced, RSA and RMLV trained cocktail bartender in uniform, arriving 1 to 1.5 hours before service with their own bar tools. Set-up and pack-down are included and never billed as service time. Glassware, ice, garnish and a mobile bar can be added through our packages.

Are your bartenders RSA and RMLV trained?

Yes. Every member of the team is RSA and RMLV trained and follows responsible service regulations. Alcohol is never served to underage guests, and we can manage the pace of a room without dampening the party.

How many bartenders do I need for 100 guests?

On beer, wine and sparkling, two bartenders is usually right. Add cocktails and we recommend two to three, depending on the size of the menu and whether drinks can be pre-batched. We confirm the number with your quote.

Can I hire a bartender if my venue already has a bar?

Yes. It is the most common reason people hire a bartender rather than a full mobile bar. We work from your existing bar, or bring our own set-up if that suits the space better.

Do I supply the alcohol, or do you?

Either. Our BYO packages have you buy the alcohol with a clear shopping list so you get the right amount. Prefer us to supply the drinks? Ask for an all-inclusive quote.

What is the difference between bartender hire and bar staff hire?

Bartender hire is skilled drink service: cocktail bartenders making the drinks properly at your event. Bar staff hire is for when you already have the bar or the venue and need reliable, trained staff, including waitstaff for events and placements or training for venues.
