The day

Your wedding, one round at a time

Where we are, and what your guests are holding, from the ceremony to the send-off.

  1. Cocktail hour

Pre-batched arrivals go out as you walk from the ceremony. Tray service, no queue, a signature drink for each of you.

  2. Reception bar

Beer, wine, spirits and the cocktail list, staffed to your guest count so the dance floor stays full.

  3. Toast and speeches

Coupes poured and in hands before the first speaker stands. A tower built for the moment, if you want one.

  4. Last dance, last round

A final call of your cocktail options, then we pack down and leave the space clean. Never billed as service time.

Cocktail hour

The first hour sets the tone for the rest of the day

Guests arrive, mingle and form their first impression. This is where a wedding bar earns its place.

  • Pre-batched cocktails served the moment guests arrive.
  • Tray service so nobody stands in a line.
  • Signature cocktails built around the two of you.
  • A smooth hand-over from ceremony to reception, timed with your planner.

Behind the bar

Service you never have to think about

Weddings run on timing. We work alongside your planner, coordinator and venue, as part of the operation, not just the bar.

  • 01

    Dressed for the occasion

Every bartender is RSA and RMLV trained, in uniform, and briefed on your run sheet before the first guest arrives.

  • 02

The last martini tastes like the first

Pre-batched where it makes sense, staffed so nobody waits, consistent to the final round.

  • 03

    A tidy bar pours faster

Glassware, ice, garnish and equipment arrive with us. The space is left as we found it.

  • 04

We read the run sheet, and the room

Speeches, meals, first dance, send-off. We know when to fade back and when to lift the energy.

Upgrades

The details guests photograph

Add-ons that do more than a bar tab.

  • A five-tier tower of cut-crystal champagne coupes built on a mirrored table in front of floor-to-ceiling windows, green hills and cloud behind

    Champagne and cocktail towers

    Four to eight tiers

Built for the toast, poured live, photographed by everyone.

  • A wedding guest in a pale blue dress pouring a cocktail from a shaker through a carved ice luge beneath festoon lights in a marquee

    Ice luges and sculptures

    Chilled spirits through carved ice

A showpiece for the reception and a talking point at every table.

  • A bride and groom kissing in front of The Barmen's white His and Hers Ring for Cocktail wall, each reaching up to ring a brass bell for an Old Fashioned and a Classic Margarita

    His and Hers cocktail walls

    Ring for cocktail

A bell each, a signature drink each. Skip the line-up and ring.

Also on the list: a Beer Bearer before the ceremony, for the groom and the boys while they wait; and custom ice cubes stamped with your initials, cut to order, so a martini stays cold without watering down. See every package and upgrade.

Planning

Three steps to a booked wedding bar

A deposit holds the date. The menu and run sheet can be refined right up to the week of.

  1. Enquire

Date, venue, guest numbers and how you picture the bar, through the contact page or on 0458 119 959.

  2. Itemised quote

Staffing, hours, package, upgrades and any travel in plain figures. Nothing is added later without your approval.

  3. Deposit locks the date

Then the menu, the BYO purchasing guide and the run sheet with your planner. We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service.

Most of our weddings are in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. We travel across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, including weddings in Sydney, with travel quoted up front.

Good to know

Wedding bar hire questions, answered

How far in advance should we book a wedding bar?

As early as you can. Popular Saturdays in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast book out first, especially in spring and autumn. Once we confirm availability and send an itemised quote, a deposit secures your date. Last-minute weddings are welcome where the calendar allows.

What does a mobile bar for weddings include?

Depending on the package: the mobile bar, professional glassware, ice, garnish, non-alcoholic ingredients and all bar equipment, staffed by RSA and RMLV trained wedding bartenders. Set-up and pack-down are included; we quote only for serving time and finish with a last round of your cocktail options.

Can we BYO alcohol for our wedding?

Yes. You buy the alcohol using our purchasing guide, so you are stocked without overspending, and we bring everything else. Prefer a fully supplied option? Tell us and we will talk you through it.

Can we hire bar staff for wedding venues that have their own bar?

Yes. The Barmen and The Waiters packages cover bartenders and waitstaff only, working with the venue's existing bar. Same uniform, same team, same standard as behind our own bar.

How many wedding bartenders will we need?

Guest numbers, drink selection and service style decide it. A cocktail-heavy wedding needs more hands than a beer, wine and spirits bar. We recommend the number that keeps waits short, and never thin the team to hit a price.

Can you build a signature cocktail for us?

Yes. His and hers cocktails, a family recipe, the drink from your first date. We build it around the two of you and the season you are marrying in, and it can headline cocktail hour or run all night.

Do you travel outside Brisbane and the Gold Coast for weddings?

Yes. We are based in Brisbane and pour weddings across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, Sydney included. Travel is quoted up front, before you book.

How do we secure the date?

Enquire with your date, venue and guest numbers. We confirm availability and send an itemised quote; a deposit then secures the date, and the menu and run sheet follow.
