Saturdays in wedding season and end-of-year corporate dates go first.
Date, suburb, guest numbers and the occasion, through the contact page or on 0458 119 959. Name the building or beach if you know it.
Staffing, hours, package, upgrades and travel, each a line of its own. Nothing is added later without your approval.
Then the menu, the BYO shopping list and a run sheet built around sunset, lift bookings and the venue’s cut-off.

The drive is routine for us and any travel component is a separate line in your quote, shown before you pay a deposit. Anything that would change the price is discussed and approved by you first.
Yes; it is one of our most common Coast bookings. The bar goes on a kitchen bench, balcony or poolside, we work within the property’s noise and access rules, and the space is left clean at pack-down.
Yes. The ceremony can be on the sand while the bar runs from firm ground nearby, out of the wind. Welcome cocktails are pre-batched so drinks pour the moment the ceremony ends, while the light is still good.
On bar packages, yes: the mobile bar, professional glassware, ice, garnish, non-alcoholic ingredients and all equipment. If the venue already has a bar, choose the staff-only package and we bring the bartenders.
Yes. Both are inside our service area. Gravel drives, long carries and limited water are all manageable; mention them when you enquire and we bring the right kit and enough hands.
Most set-ups need no power. We need light to work by, and water nearby is helpful rather than essential. Tell us the venue’s conditions and we plan around them.
As early as you can for a Saturday in wedding season or an end-of-year corporate date. We confirm availability and send an itemised quote; a deposit secures the date. Monday to Thursday events save 20%.
