The Barmen Plus starts at $350 per hour for a cocktail party of up to 25 guests — the mobile bar, glassware, cocktail ingredients and the team, with alcohol BYO — and is built out from there on guest count, hours and venue. 20% off events held Monday to Thursday. The packages
Staff only, the whole bar, or an experience your guests take part in. The Barmen Plus is where most hosts land.
Our RSA-trained bartenders run your bar from first pour to last round. Medium to larger weddings, ladies’ nights and quiet nights in.
Add The Waiters for canapés and table service.
Waitstaff for catering, cocktail or bar waitering, working alongside your caterer and venue team.
Everything except the alcohol, which you buy with our shopping list. Birthdays, corporate events, bridal showers and weddings.
Add a champagne or cocktail tower for the toast.
Cocktail masterclasses. We teach you how we make our drinks, and you drink what you make.

Pricing
A two-hour cocktail hour for forty and a six-hour wedding bar for two hundred are different jobs, so there is no price list. Every enquiry gets an itemised quote.

The Barmen is bartenders only: you supply the alcohol, mixers and glasses, and we bring our team and tools to work your existing bar. The Barmen Plus adds our mobile bar, non-alcoholic ingredients, glassware, ice, garnish and equipment, so the only thing you buy is the alcohol.
No. Every package is customised to guest numbers, service hours, drinks menu and location, so a fixed price list would be misleading. Enquire with your date and details and we send a tailored, itemised quote with every cost shown upfront.
Yes. Every package carries a minimum booking duration so preparation, service and pack-down are done to standard. Minimums are outlined clearly in your quote, and set-up and pack-down are never counted as service time.
Most couples choose The Barmen Plus for a full cocktail bar with tray service through cocktail hour, then add towers, ice luges or a Ring for Cocktail wall. Couples with a venue bar often choose The Barmen or The Waiters for staff only. With 100 weddings behind us, we are happy to recommend the fit.
Book a four-hour cocktail package for your 2026 end of year party and we add a fifth hour free of charge. Mention it when you enquire and it is written into your quote.
Yes. Every package is available in Brisbane, on the Gold Coast and in Sydney, and we travel across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service areas and are always discussed before you book.
